O'Brien Fitness & Lifestyle LLC (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This site is a static marketing page. We do not run accounts or process payments on this website.
Information we may receive
If you book via Cal.com or contact us on social media, those platforms process your information under their own policies. We use that information only to schedule and deliver coaching services.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, what you type (name, email, optional phone, your goal, in-person or online, and best time to reach you) is emailed to our business inbox so Sean can reply. The website itself does not keep a copy. We keep these messages only as long as needed to follow up with you and for normal business records, and we never sell them or add you to a mailing list.
Analytics & cookies
This site uses the Meta Pixel, which may set cookies, to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads. It also stores how you first found us (for example the ad, post, or link you came from) in your browser's local storage, and includes that source when you book a call or send the contact form, so we know which ads and posts work. You can clear it anytime by clearing this site's data in your browser.
